To schedule delivery, you may choose a date and delivery option during checkout. If our schedule is full, we’ll arrange another day at no extra cost. Delivery and collection in METRO Auckland is $55.00.

We deliver on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri between 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Please tell us in advance where to leave or collect the item/s if you won’t be home on the delivery day.
Generally, the standard hire period for equipment is 6 weeks after surgery and 4-6 weeks after an accident.

If you need to extend your equipment booking, contact us right away. We’ll check availability and charge your original payment method or send you a payment link for the extra time.
If you don’t need the equipment for the entire booking, just inform us.
We’ll refund the unused portion (any whole weeks remaining) and arrange for collection or return to our office.

Please note that we don’t offer Hire-to-Own. The outright purchase price is on top of the hire cost.
If you require any products due to the result of an accident, you may be able to have this item covered by ACC. We recommend that you discuss this with your ACC Case Manager first. We are unable to charge ACC for any products unless we receive a purchase order from them. .
No. Health Equip does not permit hired or purchased equipment to be taken on flights, either domestic or international.
Our equipment is not approved for air travel under our hire or sales terms, and we cannot accept responsibility for damage, loss, or issues that may occur during airline transport.
If you are travelling by air, we recommend contacting the airline directly to discuss their mobility equipment options and requirements, or arranging suitable equipment at your destination.
